John Wick: Chapter 4 has been declassified in a brand new look.
The first real look at Keanu Reeves’ return finds the assassin in the middle of a prayer at some kind of altar, perhaps foreshadowing some pretty grave circumstances of his next adventure.
This sequel reunites Reeves with John Wick director Chad Stahelski, but Predators‘ Michael Finch is teaming up with Shay Hatten (John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum) to pen this latest instalment.

Returning cast includes Reeves’ Matrix co-star Laurence Fishburne as the cagey Bowery King and Ian McShane as Winston, the manager of the assassins’ hotel The Continental.
The High Table is the secretive group that controls the underworld across the globe, including the Russian mob, Yakuza and the Italian mafia. This group will also be tied in with a new character played by It‘s Bill Skarsgård.
To make life a little easier for John Wick in Chapter 4, Lance Reddick is also coming back as The Continental’s concierge Charon to help him fend off international criminals and the influence of The High Table. That’s if he can be trusted this time…
Franchise creator Derek Kolstad recently confirmed that he won’t be involved in the franchise going forward, as Lionsgate branches out into a TV spinoff for The Contintental and Ana de Armas’ female-centric spinoff Ballerina.
“It wasn’t my decision,” he admitted. “When you think contractually [about] these things, the third one, I shared the credit with a number of people. They didn’t have to come back to me, and so they didn’t.”
